I don't remember every picture of Lionel but while his size changes between micro, normal, and macro depending on the picture I don't recall any situations where Lionel was bigger than any of the rabbit characters. There has been a few times where he giant compared to humans (and sometimes other anthros), whether it's him as a macro in a human city (or normal sized with a city of micro humans) or with just one human such as picrel.
