This is one of those weird ones for me. On one hand, it's animated and does go out of its way to focus on the whole unreality of the situation, slapstick included. On the other hand, it has far too much melodrama in it for me to personally count it as a cartoon, even if Gooseworx herself calls it a cartoon.
I don't quite agree with it, but I think it counts as /toon/. Something like, I dunno, Common Side Effects or Aeon Flux wouldn't count.
