Going on an extended 4 day business trip to Geneva, what do you recommend I do around here beyond what's generally recommended?

I would just go around pointing at the locals and shouting "NAZIS!", and "You want to kill all the Jews!" and see if they lose their cool.

Take a bus ride to Chamonix. Go see Mount Blanc. I'd also highly recommend going to Annecy. Geneva is insanely boring.

What kind of activities do you enjoy?
Also Geneva isn't in canton Vaud.

If this is this week: Try to get hockey tickets, there will be a Play-Off game today (in Fribourg) and on Friday in Geneva (else hit up the pubs around Geneva, crowd should be wild)

I used to live in Lausanne, and Geneva is super expensive and boring, but so is Lausanne in a way if you don't have friend.
you should go to Gruyères which is a small pretty town, with the HR giger museum that is cool, but from geneva it might be a bit far

I'm thinking of flying into Geneva and staying for just 2 night before going to France. 1 day just to hang around Geneva and see some Reformation sites, and a 2nd to see Chaplin's World an hour away. Anyone ever been?
