No. Japan doesn't let foreigners in. Also Taiwan is dangerous.

China hassles you pretty hard going to Tibet

Like in your lifetime? Sure why not?

You can't go to Sapporo because the guy who drives the ferry is always drunk

What do the pink pins mean?

For what? pick a place and live there

Yes, why wouldn't it be? The only place on your list that's remotely difficult to visit is Tibet, but even there you just need a guide. The rest is just time and money. It's an eclectic list of destinations though and I'm very curious why these are the places you want to visit the most?

Yes easy, touring around somewhat leisurely could do it in three-ish months, all safe places, be mindful of cultural norms and respect the locals.

Anon's right about Tibet you need a permit and usually a guided tour unless i believe you take the direct train from Beijing to Lhasa and then you can look around the capital but not go elsewhere far as i remember.
Certainly not a beginner's trip but if you have a good head on your shoulders will be fine, went to a lot of those places in China a few months ago off the back of an overland trip from Europe to East Asia.
Do it.
If the Chinese Border Guards ask you who Taipei belongs to the correct answer is the P.R.C.
Do not bring any printed materials into the country which say otherwise or "mislabel" other disputed territory.
If you bring a religious text into the country make sure it's only one copy and say it's for personal use.
Have fun!

the 11 chinese pins alone would take ~30days at least
20days if you're fine with spending every other day at airports or train stations exclusively, spending like 1h at every sight, then leaving and being miserable
a relaxed, realistic pace where you actually see the cities and area around would be more like ~50-60days

like Jiuzhaigou (which you pinned) takes about 3-5 FULL days if you actually hike and not do a tourist bus photo drop off tour

for Japan another 20-30days (not sure, pins are very close together)
and a few days in Taiwan & Indonesia each

something like 3 months, costing about ~10-12k€ would be realistic
flight prices might rape you though
if you rush it (again, bad idea) 2 months, cost will be only marginally lower though (maybe 8-10k€) because after accommodation, a big chunk of it will be HSR, Flights and sights

I would wager this has never been asked to any foreigner entering the PRC, ever

not really. you need some paperwork which you pay an agency to sort out. this is not being "hassled pretty hard"

They're a collection of scenic villages mostly, some are historic places like Qin Shi Huang's mausoleum. In Japan, I want to do a Ghibli/Shinkai tour on my own.
