super comfy, great climate and beaches, laid back and friendly people especially if you speak french
lots of greek/roman ruins with barely any tourists
el djem amphiteatre, bardo museum mosaics, great mosque of kairouan are stunning
ridiculously cheap and tasty food
alcohol widely available, no screaming muezzins at 4 am (looking at you turkroaches), girls dress western and love whiteboys
capital city is an overcrowded shithole, sousse is better as a base to explore
only downside is it's poor, there is trash everywhere and the infrastructure like airports and public transit SUCK
