The capitals have some cool history and museums, but most of the reason people visit this region is for the nature. Not even good for nightlife as it's far too expensive

Stockholm and Copenhagen are worth it to visit for the typical reasons you might visit any other large European city. History/museums, food, culture ect. They are fine but not anything special in that regard.

The locals are utterly hopeless though. Some of the worst people to be around if you aren't used that level of social autism. If you're willing to go spend a small fortune clubbing for a few nights you could score some soulless, emotionally empty pussy for the night. Otherwise it's best to be avoided. Whatever you're looking for there is a better and cheaper version of it somewhere else in Europe.

Copenhagen is the best Scandi city and definitely worth a visit. It’s also more lively than the others. The rest of Denmark is a nothingburger.

Gothenburg and Stockholm aren’t bad but more austere versions of what you can see elsewhere. Sweden also has disgusting ghettos.

Oslo is a boring and bland city, but otherwise Norway has the greatest Scandi landscapes.

Finland is probably not worth it unless you’re specifically into their nature.

And don’t visit in winter, obviously.

Scandinavia is the opposite of Japan: it’s god tier to live in, shit tier to visit.
