Tried to sabotage the planning for the Docheffs' concrete plant for no reason. He had nothing to lose or gain by the Docheffs building or not building the plant, they had just been unfortunate enough to cross his path. Made countless frivolous claims, some about access, some about pollution, some about noise, to try to derail the project.

Refused the Docheffs when they offered to build for him on his land the sewer access required of him by the zoning laws in exchange for dropping his nuisance lawsuit. This would have solved everyone's problems.

In the end he was just a typical jew-minded boomer blinded by misplaced pride and self-importance.
