As for the boss just make some runs and make sure to get some good units ready for it and items, I got rid of tina 2 the first time because I accidentally got the feather that gives soul link to two random units (they share the same damage) and got a high damage on crits backstab thief that shoot the head to death

I once did a partial one on myself.

I had a bad ingrown toenail on my right big toe for a while, hurt every time I took a step. Eventually I got tired of it. I watched some YouTube videos of surgeons dealing with that, and it was pretty simple. First of all I got mildly drunk, then I sterilized my tools. A scalpel and some tweezers. Poured rubbing alcohol on them then lit them on fire, good to go. Sliced down the side of the toe along the nail bed.

And I'll tell ya, that first cut is the hardest. But once you've done that, you just want to finish the job so the rest is easier.

Anyway, a small cut to the side, and fold back the flesh. Good idea to sterilize it at this point. Pour hydrogen peroxide on there, it'll bubble up probably. Anyway now you can see the nail bed. Take a knife or some other piece of metal, and heat it up with a lighter or some other fire. Once it's hot, just TOUCH it to the edge of the nail bed. Do NOT hold it there. This kills the ability for the nail to grow from there.

Sterilize it again, fold the flesh back, tape it up, and just don't stress it too much for a few weeks. Problem solved.

Btw this problem is caused by shoes and boots. Kinda like Chinese foot binding. Not quite that fucked, but wearing shoes alters the development of our feet and causes these problems. Ancient humans rarely or never dealt with this shit cuz those cozy fags wore sandals or nothing.

Mildly prepare for that.
I just did my very first infinite run and I had to Steven reset thrice to luck out on the clone psychic not proccing fast forward for his free spell and thusly letting them obliterate my cats turn 1.
I also had the event that invested everything with maggots so I had to do the entire fight without getting anyone downed.
I was rewarded with the Body from looting the creator for my efforts.

It's not bad at all. Smallest loop is 5 ancestors, and there's only one. Next is 7 ancestors, which is practically negligible unless you have multiple. I think if all those cats at the top were 0% inbred, Sancho would have a coefficient of 3.9%, which is below the 5% recommended threshold IRL.

Does Loner battle start effect instakill all other ally cats or instadown them? The latter matters if I can somehow go full down/injury squad

It shoots your cats in random order. I used a squad with 2 cats having the necro passive that revives downed allies and it worked. Each battle the loner would first shoot the allies and then the allies with the necro passive would revive the previously downed cats when it got downed.

So yes, it works.

The more inbred they are, the more bird defects you get and they override mutations. So bring new blood when it gets too bad and since you have 5 rooms with 1 being fight pit and the second being waiting room, utilize the 3 remaining rooms so that you keep rotating kittens to different rooms than where their parents are and try to avoid placing siblings in same room too. Utilize strays too for new blood
