What are you on about? Street Fighter IS camp. Even in character arcade modes, most are just goofy little vignettes about them chasing their current goal that are largely comedic.

Besides, the camp is for the fights which will need to be sufficiently goofy. They can save the serious moments for character convos.

Until this trailer I was kind of excited or optimistic. Hot girls, good cast, good style and energy, etc.
