Too bad because the visuals are great. It reminds of Deadlight - another simple platformer action game with cool visuals and nothing much else.

The Last Night is a different game, and that's supposedly still in development. But the dev has taken so long to get it done, Replaced guys basically saw the early demo/video and made an entire game before The Last Night could come out.

I couldnt make it out of the tutorial before stopping, i usually enjoy those 2d scrollers but i truly wasn't vibing with this one
Died a bunch of times to the run away segment cause i couldn't time the jumps over the logs, took me a bit to "get it"
Then got the shot at by the helicopter and dropped into the sewer, grabbed the coat... and uninstalled.
I just wasn't enjoying it
Also loved the very subtle line about the police

ffs, i understand that its an AI and its perception will be skewed and rigid but try a bit of subtlety with your messaging game
will probably give it another try in a few days, it caught me in a bad mood

the intro doesn't really do it justice but it's a pretty good game all things considered i'd say
