its only so good because if its lucky gameplay loop. you cant get guns from traders, you must find them in stashes or in the world. its progress-reward is directly tied into the exploration part of the game, so it feels good to get what you can get and be tested

I'll be honest, I've played tarkov and a little bit of stalker 2 when it was on gamepass but never really dove into the genre. I don't want to slog through hundreds of hours of older games so if this is a decent modernized all-in-one then I'm hoping to immerse myself in the experience
