Overall, the definition of what makes someone a furry is too vague, broad, and subjective.
Some self-defined furries will try to exclude and gatekeep from the definition.
Some will try to lump as many people with themselves as possible.
Some people will loudly proclaim their belonging to the fandom.
Others will deny all accusations.
You can't reliably use precedent cases, so who's to say where the line lies if it even exists
