How the fuck is this crooked fraud Phoenix Wright still alive after seven years? You'd think someone related to an innocent he got the death penalty for would've done him in by now.

Wright was just bullshitting his way through all his cases, like every time he just had some shit sitting around and SUDDENLY a witness breaks down and confesses? Shit was so rigged it's not even funny.
Kristoph Gavin, though? That guy's the real deal.

Yeah, he's probably paying people off to confess so he can say he won. I've seen him in court visible struggling to figure out what to say, and then throwing out a guess just so he isn't silent for too long. The cops should just arrest the guilty party and skip this normally useless trial shit.

Is that what that was? I visited his law offic a few weeks ago for a civil court case and I heard some guy screaming his ass of in the next room. When I asked him what that was he just said it was "justice straining", whatever the hell that means.

Can’t believe this fucking fraud lasted as long as he did without getting caught, I knew that case against Von Karma was some bullshit.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this absolute hack is on the stand for a murder charge.

the next time they release an AA game they're going to silently patch trilogy to remove the word "2001" from 1-4
the timeline doesn't really make sense - better for AA to just be a sliding timescale game like every other franchise in the world
>>
I just checked on the guy's history after debacle. Has this fraud seriously been playing piano in a bar to eat for the past half decade? LMAO.
Oh how the might have fallen. And to think this fucking grifter once managed to fake it well enough to hang around the likes of Von Karma, Miles Edgeworth and THE professor Layton. Hope he enjoys being a bottom feeder for the rest of his life.We really should have figured him out by the time he cross examened a goddamn bird, honestly.

>There are STILL people in the year 2026 who honestly believe Wright wasn't framed
Not in 3 years did he ever present a fake piece of evidence, and all of a sudden he just presents some in some Eurotrash wannabe prosecutor's first case? Who just so happens to be the brother of Kristoph Gavin? Yeah fuck off.
>>
I think it's one of the century's greatest injustices that Wright managed to get out with only the loss of his career after he managed to the best police chief this goddamned city ever had arrested on false charges and faced the capital punishment. I mean what the fuck!?
The system is a joke, it's beyond fucking rotten, and nobody does anything but push it under the rug. I'm not being hyperbolic when I saw we're currently living in an actual dark age of the legal system. A dark age of the law, if you will.

>Not in 3 years did he ever present a fake piece of evidence
Retard.
Every single case, and I mean EVERY SINGLE CASE beyond perhaps his debut in court was resolved in the most batshit way imaginable. His trials always ended in some farcical reversal where some magical influence flipped the whole script and then a respected member of the community who wasn't even a suspect ends up charged for murder, because that bullshit artist always managed to sell his alternate reality to the court and that senile old fart of a judge always ate it up.
Kristoph Gavin on the other hand has a spotless track record. Graduated from a respectable university and wasn't a goddam art major switch, and built a career with sensible wins in court, instead of turning into a circus.
>B-But his brother caught Wright red-handed, it's too much of a coincidence! It has to be a setup! Muh nepotism!!
Grow up.

1. They realized they jumped the shark with the nonsense in the main plot.
2. They no longer had the guts to try for a new protagonist after Apollo, so they couldn't reboot and were stuck with point 1
3. The Great Ace Attorney is just a spinoff and doesn't count for point 2, just in case you were about to mention it.
Basically they wrote themselves into a corner but didn't dare replace Nick again. You should have praised AJ instead of slamming it.

Lol, look at Max Galactard over here, didn't get the memo that all these magicians are frauds and has-beens. Miss me with that gay shit.
I heard the Wonder Bar got a new entertainer who takes off her panties at the drop of a hat, now that I've got to see!

>still hung up on some flash-in-the-pan rookie lawyer nearly 10 years after he got disbarred
Wrightfags are something else. He forged evidence, or he finally made some rookie mistake, either way get over it

What the actual fuck happened to the Gramaryes?
>woman of the trio just disappears, like she was never there
>Magnifi was dying of cancer, someone still felt the need to shoot him in the face
>Zak somehow managed to run away in the middle of his trial and nobody's seen him after that
>Valant is alive, but looks old as fuck and nobody's seen him do nothing but the occassional card trick around parking lots like some hobo
Absolutely cursed.
I think there was some green and purple guy too but nobody has any idea what I'm talking about. I think I'm going crazy.

I kinda wish we had a better idea of Kristoph's track record before throwing him under the bus ASAP, It's kinda like a similar issue of Grossberg who is framed as a rather good Lawyer but you never really see proof of it.
>>737127308
Seconding this, It really only came apart in case 3 and case 4 has zero difficulty and ends on an wet fart.

I still remember the confusion I felt while playing AJ around when it released and this guy started talking about how Phoenix and Maya always used to stop by for noodles after a case.
