"No."
>>
>>737118520
Oh good, I was hoping to find one of you karma dispensers after I sold those kids into slavery.
>>737118649
I think you should try getting a job in a body bag.
>>
>>737118649
To be fair, I imagine the job market in Fallout 3 has to be pretty shitty as long as you don't feel like risking your life
>>
>>737119061
I'd imagine there's a lot of cleaning and maintenance jobs open in settlements, not to mention guarding jobs.
>>
>>737119173
Yeah, somebody's got to keep fixing all those leaks in Megaton's pipes.
>>
>>737118649
No but seriously
This is the post apocalypse. No qualifications needed and menial labor everywhere. Get a fucking job near the cities you beg outside
>>
>>737119204
Hell, you can get a job by just walking up to a place and saying you have a theoretical degree in physics
>>
>>737118520
If you put FEV in the water supply, you can give him the aqua pura and eventually kill him.
>>
>>737118520
Many ask what do they eat, but what do they drink?
>>
>>737120271
Irradiated shit.
>>
Why doesn't he just walk 10 feet into the town with a functioning water purifier and fresh water leaking out of the pipes all over the place? Is he stupid?

I find it weird the east coast super mutants haven't formed communities (however barbaric) and don't do things like try to trade.

Like even if they don't like humans or view them as inferior, you'd think those missile launchers and miniguns run out of ammo eventually (just to use an example) which means either finding someone who knows how to make more or is willing to trade some, which would necessitate having something to trade.

Mutants are obviously kind of stupid and there's a lot they cannot do, but I imagine they could do stuff like raise brahmin and sell them. They can't realistically be too dumb to do anything besides murder and turn over communities, though, because that's a very finite way of existence and would just lead to a mass die-off as there's no more humans around, the mutants starve to death and everything's gone.

Also why are they still abducting humans and dipping them into FEV exactly? What the Master it made sense, he was hyper-intelligent (if not capable of outright mind control) and was directing them. The east coast mutants have no real reason to do that.

How does someone like this survive the wasteland? There shouldn't be anything like beggers in a world like Fallout because they'd all be long dead, you either survive or you don't, it's not possible to be in the middle

Everything for the karma king.
>>
>>737123718
It goes much deeper than you think; the fact that the beggar is still alive is proof that human kindness still exists, even in the worst of times.

wait until i show you this church on the ship

Bethesda writing is so fucking retarded

problem? bad karma gets a bunch of fruits in worthless armor

This guy heard a podcaster say empathy is weakness and took it to heart
>>
>>737120890
East coast super mutants are just discount orcs because Bethesda can't write for shit
>>
>>737118910
You've got ten seconds to get a job before I make a silent takedown with my problem solver(the GEP Gun is the problem solver).
>>
>>737120890
There's a lot left unsaid in fo3. In any case, there's no shortage of factions in North America with the will and resources to arm the Super Mutants as long as they keep manufacturing bioweapons.
>>
>>737120890
There's no reason for East coast super mutants to exist, but also if we're conceding they had FEV in Washington as well, at a VAULT TEC VAULT instead of West-tek there's no reason for them to be retarded orcs because there's no radiation that messes with FEV or a deformed gloop goop mutant with a headache coping about his predicament but prewar scientsits who were researching the FEV themselves to make an overman.

>Wow this is one of the worst endings to a game I have ever seen

I really hate 7th gen and beyond.

ok, where?

It bugs me a lot of just how many super mutants there are. Where are they drawing their population numbers from? It can't be other Vaults in the Capital Wasteland because only one of them is actually abandoned (92) and the others (101, 112, 106 and 108) still have their 'native' populations living in them.

It also bugs me that the majority of the mutants are in the DC ruins. Why are they there? It can't be because they're looking for people to mutate because all of the population centers in the game are outside of DC except for the fucking Ghoul village. Nobody is in DC except the Brotherhood and Talon Company and those two are also outright waging war with the Super Mutants.

all them niggas itt having existential crises over Bethesda’s retarded writing makes me giggle

The entire game is running on Bethesda logic. Trying to formulate an in-universe reason will just make you irate. Were talking about games where bandits casually outnumber the entire ingame population of non-hostile NPC's.

>>737118520
This was my first bethesda game ever and legit got hardstuck here, generally puzzled as to the non-interactive AI world of bethesda games. I had never played an RPG before.

Unlike in modern America, you can just make a job up since no regulations exist. Want to handle food uncertified? You can!

so wheres fallout 3 remastered?
>>
>>737131431
I suppose what bothers me more is that how did no one at bestheda ever take a step back and ask "why"?
They fail the "why" question in 3 so consistently it's actually crazy.
>>
Love how outside some character in the main story these generic NPCs are the only one that acknowledge the issue of clean water in the game. It's the central focus of the whole story yet if you took these guys out almost nobody even acknowledges the issue as being one. Quality Bethesda moment.

It's just like real life.
Say/do something bad then donate to the ADL and all's forgiven.

Why can't you simply salvage GECKs and water chips from the broken down Vaults to make oases and fix the water problems?
