I honestly don't like a single one except Shart and Lae'zel, but the worst ones are by far Karlach and Gale.

Gale feels like a Gary Stu character made up by some insufferable guy, super talented affable prodigy that bangs the GODDESS OF MAGIC.
This mega mage starts at lvl 1, and I'm sorry but I don't buy the "he forgot how to cast spells because of the tadpole".

And then you have Karlach, a slave soldier that has been fighting in hell for years but she's an happy go lucky girl full of fun and excitement! Ugh.

These writers couldn't write compelling coherent characters if they had a gun to their head.
