Then take out Larvitar, Pupitar, Tyranitar, Misdreavus, Slugma, Magcargo, Houndour, Houndoom, Sneasel, and Murkrow, since they are all postgame only in Kanto, minus 10 more. 55.

Miltank, Skarmory, Heracross, and Mantine all get a pass as being decent, you might actually use them.
