First they fucked some Rachni, then sicked the Krogan on them, then the Turians on the Krogan. You can tell by the way Tevos eye fucks Shepard throughout ME1 she's thinking about replacing the Turians as the enforcers

It's just a movement that believes the priority for humanity should be humanity's interests.
