Do people really go for "builds" in souls game after 2 and elden ring? Aren't the games already too easy? You can literally just invest randomnly in points and you'll beat the game. The games already have little tension in gameplay, the only tension comes from learning the moveset

Maybe roleplaying builds like pretending you're a knight of zanzibart and equipping his set or something are cool I guess

I just like the math game and optimizing synergies in RPG/-lites.
