Shrake TLSQ wasn't nearly as good as the others, because it introduced an interesting moral question and then just ignored it. Penny was hesitant to help brew a curative potion for the shrake shoal because they harm Muggle livelihoods, and as a halfblood she's attached to her Muggle side as well. MC gets over this by basically just asking please.

It was only 2 parts but it should've been longer and explored that question more.

The Vault of Ice had Jacob's broken wand and a book containing notes and sketches about the other vaults' locations.

The Vault of Fear required MC to open it with Jacob's broken wand. In it was a map of the Forbidden Forest and a broken arrow.

The Forest Vault required MC to open it with the broken arrow. Inside was a portrait of a dragon and a small sweater. We don't know what the sweater was for, the plotline was dropped.

The Buried Vault was first found by Jacob, Rakepick, and Peter Pettigrew. The dragon that guarded the inner vault scared Pettigrew off, and Jacob was sealed inside while Rakepick was transported out, to the Forbidden Forest. To open it MC had to defeat the dragon, freeing Jacob.

The Sunken Vault was buried underwater in the Great Lake and was guarded by a mnemonic curse that forced intruders to relive their worst nightmares on loop unless freed. Merula was sent by R to retrieve the Crown of Mneme from it for their mind-control plans.
