SVT-40 to BR1 when?
>>
>>563506607
Any of these good? The Valentine is probably slow and has a shyte cannon.
>>
>>563520426
The IV J is still hilariously overpriced at $50. At one point it was a rare meta tank for BR3 because it expensive and pointless being in Berlin so no one bought it, then we got the merge and battle ratings and it was suddenly slightly better than the regular best BR3 German tank. But since then the IV H has been lowered to BR3 making the J obsolete.
>>
>>563519937
I played it for a few hours. It's not bad for a solo dev project. There is a map editor. But the gameplay was kind of basic compared to what I'm used to in Enlisted.

The movement feels way sluggish but the gunplay and ai/squad management is everything I hoped from enlisted and then some.
>>
>>563520426
The showshat would be an oddity at br1, its unworkable dogshit at br2, just like the valentine, avoid at all costs
>>
>>563520426
>Chauchat
Terrible. Needs serious buffs and overhauls.

>Valentine
Terrible. Slow with a pop gun.

>M/28
The best Mosin on a workable squad.

>Panzer IV J Armoured
Redundant. Has a tiny bit more armour than the H but it way worse turret handling.
>>
>>563506183
BR4 Soviets is getting nice and loaded.
>>
Soviets vs Japan needs more maps, I'm tired of 1 out of every 3 matches being Manchuria
>>
>>563532978
Just need to update again after I get the new SVTs
>>
>>563539193
The SVT-40 15s are nice but I wish the even gave us more than just 2
>>
>>563539335
It will all even out for me. I just need the 4th TKB for the PPSh-45 squad, and I'll swap the AT on the LMG squad to an AT grenade mosin with the riflemen and engineer using the SVT-40-15
>>
>>563539193
>>563539670
I just noticed you have the SVT-40 with Bubnov drum. Isn't that superior to the SVT-40 15?
>>

Best I can do is more Manchuria maps.
>>
>>563539837
Yeah but I only have 4 and can find use of the SVT-40 15

God damn it.
>>
You might not like it, but this is what peak performance looks like
>>
>>563539837
>>563540220
The Bubnov is the worst of its contemporaries (Farquar, Mondragon, Bubnov) but is still better than the SVT-40 (15). Honestly kind of a redundant addition when they could have just given out Bubnov drum SVTs.
>>
>>563540692
The OG-44 is great but feels terrible because it's just so normally good and strong.
>>
>>563541062
Yeah, sadly it's not actually peak performance because I'm missing the Suomis. I still kick myself for not just buying out every gold order weapon when they brought them all back.

I spectated some BR IV matches recently and they were fucking horrible. The Soviets got steamrolled, mostly. Also, the new BP MG has no movement accuracy penalties while ADS, like the RD and Vickers-Berthier, which means you should take 30/20 on it to turn it into an obese Fedorov.

Playing the game at BR 1-2 with 9-man rifleman squads equipped with just bolties is such a pure experience. Also, the T-28 is such a good tank. It one-shots everything and now that all the mg turrets are working it's a fun gunship.
>>
>>563689843
Isn't the T-28E better?

I would argue the T-28E is better than the early T-34.

>>

>>563699667
The T-28E at least has some survivability. The T-34 and T-50 have their fuel tanks light up at the drop of a hat.
>>
KE7 vs MG34?
>>
>>563705284
I prefer the SMG34 with spread reduction personally
>>
>>563705689
I was actually wondering if the KE7 would have been better than the MG34 in non-defensive uses due to the difference in sprint speed modifier. That answers it perfectly. I'll just stick with the MG34.
>>
>>563705942
the mobility buff is nice but you can just run with your melee out and have instant deployment with swap speed too
its basically just preference
>>
>>563705942
>>563705689
>>563706359
The MG 34 is probably the better option but the KE-7 makes for a good makeshift assault rifle.
>>
There should be 3 versions of D-Day with different machine guns, I am sick of the Germnigger dicksuckers swarming the fucking things.

BR I-II should be Bredas, BR III-IV should be MG 34s, BR V should be MG 42s. They are fucking awful for gameplay because the defending Germniggers just rush them and turn the emplacements/bunkers into retarded gooncaves and don't even bother actually defending the cap, and getting killed by the MG 42 just feels like shit as the attackers when you have no counterplay. A lot of the MGs are in the fucking grey zone, meaning your only counterplay is to change to a sniper squad and methodically shoot every single MG emplacement while hoping you don't get killed yourself.
>>
>>563706829
bro your HE shells?
>>
>>563707053
Many, if not most of the MG emplacements are in places that are more or less inaccessible to tanks. Tucked off to the side with no way to actually hit them, far away in the greyzone. This is as disingenuous as saying "erm le bomb le King Tiger?" because in the time it takes for you to slowly drag your tank up hill, deal with the enemy tanks and infantry, roll into position and shell one of the many Greyzone MGs, the MGs have already killed several squads by just sitting still and holding LMB.

The worst part is that the MGs actually hurt the German teams, because half your team as the Naziniggers will pack around the fucking things and let the caps get taken from under their noses. It's emblematic of the subhuman priorities of most players.
>>
>>563706829
>They are fucking awful for gameplay because... [Consoleniggers and third-worlders exist]
At best, your suggestion is treating the symptom, not the disease.

first spawn in armor, pump 5 shells into the relevant bunkers that are all visible from the beach, and its not a problem anymore as you dont have to push from the valley after the first 1/2 points
ddays a shit map but its hardly unplayable. the MGs are irrelevant to experienced players, and this is obviously counterplay even if you refuse to admit it (far more of one than a sniper squad lmao, telling on yourself there)
>>
>>563707428
Unfortunately that's just how Enlisted and The Internet are these days. It's the same reason armed cops have to ride along on public transport in places where previously seeing a cop with a gun was a rare event. You have to make do. Just give the MGs a single 250 round fortress belt and that's all they get.

Did you know the Normandy MG 42s fire at 1200 RPM compared to the 990 of the handheld MG 42s?
>>
dog red was a better portrayal of dday tbqh
>>
>>563707924
The MGs matter because they are retard magnets and boring and frustrating to deal with. There are multiple in the greyzone that can only reasonably be dealt with by trekking all the way around the edge of the map without being spotted as Guerillas or by sniping. It IS fucking unplayable because it's fucking boring and adds another layer of responsibility to the 1-2 decent attacking players who also need to be dealing with the greyzone tanks on the hill, the infinite snipers, the planes, and God forbid, the Germcunts actually on the cap once you actually manage to reach it.

You are seeing this wrong, the issue is entirely that they add nothing to the game and actively detract from it. They suck shit. They are bad. They bring out the absolute fucking worst in the game's community. I lose as Germans on D-Day more often than I lose as Allies because most of my team of chimps will OOK OOK onto the MGs and just let us fucking lose.
>>
>>563708223
OK
just dont play dday then
>>
>>563708693
I quit D-Day whenever I don't have a booster active. Unfortunately, boosters necessitate seeing it through.
>>
The environmental MG 42s are actually really awesome.

It is extremely gratifying to hop on one and hose down a squad then run off.

>>563706829
>>563707376
>>563708223
The easy fix is to move the cap point in the big bunker with the MG, so German teamates will protect the point and use the MG as the same time.
>>
>>563721884
Those MGs get destroyed really easily and aren't a problem. The problem is the grey zone and side MGs that people hitch themselves to.
>>
I've never even noticed the grey zone mgs. Like even if they wipe out half my squad, I just have to get off the beach and make a rally and they can no longer touch me.

I almost never run into cheaters. At least blatant ones. I think the ability to kill bots discourages cheaters. Cheaters get tired of getting shit on and get cheats to feel powerful. But mowing down bot squads itself is a deterrent and makes them feel powerful as is. Other games with more 1v1 engagements are rife with cheaters of all kinds.
