QUESTION TO AUDIO ANON (this is vita-related, I swear):

based on the user reviews I found, they are hard to drive so you might be dissapointed in sound quality if you connect them to a weaker sound source like vita or smartphone. I'd say it depends on how loud you listen to. My logitech pro x have similar impedance, if you don't mind waiting some time until I find my vita charger and charge it, I could compare it to pc source and tell you if it's noticeable, but not sure if it's worth the hassle since these are different headphones. With vita, I almost exclusively used iems and bluetooth.

even integrated desktop audio should be strong enough to drive these. It might struggle with few hundred ohms ones, but these should be fine. Just a warning, a lot of audio cards have separate path for front audio jack that goes on the front of the case, and the back one is more often than not better. This is usually described in the spec or manual, but only for discrete audio cards - so try back if front is not to your liking to check if there's a difference.
I don't have any recomendations with usb dac as of current year, I suggest you go to /g/ and see if there's audio thread there. Last one I used was AIM SC808, but these were notorius for having a hardware bug and when it died, I just changed to integrated one which came a long way from the shitty unlistenable ones from the same time. But I do miss it sometimes, it was really good, even better than Xonar DX/XD which I also reminiscence warmly
