She stopped instantly and blinked. He was... laying right there, in a black T-shirt and lounge pants, blinking back at her. He was... being clutched tight and cuddles by Melusine.


"My husband... My Fairy Knight... What is the meaning of this?" She asked, her voice tense.

"You mean to tell us that the reason we all got worried sick over senpai, the reason he wasn't answering the door for SEVEN hours is because you've been here, nuzzling him like a... like a CAT, refusing to let him leave for even a second?! Are you joking?!" BB squeaked indignantly.

"I'm a huge scary dragon. You would be scared to move too if I had my claws on you." Melusine, who was about a head and a half shorter than everyone else present if one was being generous, claimed. A huge dragon, the shorty says.


"And you think we'll sit here and let you continue this barnacle clinging for another five hours?" Kama hissed, clearly miffed.


"Like I said, I'm entitled to cuddle time. And none of you shrimp biscuits could hope to pry me off anyway." Melusine smugly smirked before nuzzling into Ritsuka's neck. "Mmm! Master is warm as dragonfire, it soothes my cold blood. Or at least it would if I actually had cold blood."


"Ehehe... She's... enthusiastic!" Ritsuka looked nervous.


Melusine suddenly plapped her hand into his chest. "See this nice, perfectly firm, broad pillow? Now watch this."


Melusine planted her face into his chest and snuggled in. Every single one of them immediately felt the fire of jealousy alight from her taunt. Morgan and Kama both felt nerves twitch on their forehead. Kiyohime had the bitter glare of someone who had just spilled wine on their favorite rug, and BB was grinning in outrage, her eye twitching.


Melusine lifted her head. "Mwuh~ So soft! And now, Master, give me your special affection again! That's right. Give me the one thing only I get. Give me a headpat." She said, her voice laced with satisfaction.


Ritsuka sighed and lifted his hand...
