There are some super bosses that are essentially postgame content, and he's one of them. You need good gear and to get good to beat him but it's a nice fight
If you parry the first or second hit in his standard combo he wont shoot the balls and like other bosses, gets easier to hitstun, so you can get a full R2 combo off. If you never had to do it for the easier bosses this is the time to learn.

Owner went completly offline back in November and coincidentally both Patreon and Fanbox pushed out new scrapping counter measures at beggining of this year so yeah only top 3% of stuff gets updated manually by people and thats it. Fanbox even openly announced that they knew about kemono and how they le won or some shit lol.
