This is the rought summary to understand what I wrote:
Tsukinomizu is a dev circle that focuses on tentacle, futa and yuri (in that order). Their games are set in a fantasy world that has yet to be fully explrored because there are many powerful monsters everywhere and there are so many tentacle monsters that is hard to find a girl who hasn't been raped by one and if the girl wasn't raped by a tentacle, they were probably raped by some machine or another girl after drinking a futa drug.
Anita is a character who appears in every single game, even in short side games.
Yue Channelo is a short side game in which Yue (earthling, a miko who deals with lewd monsters that appears in Earth for unknown reasons) does lewd streams, but Anita managed to appear anyways looking as if she was lost.
Manami is a Japanese girl who appears from the 1st game as an isekaied girl wanting to return home and her goal was accomplished in the 6th main game. At the end of that game she returns to the tentacle filled fantasy world as part of the exploration team from an Earth research lab since she is the earthling with the most knowledge about that new fantasy world (she spent years in that world after all and she has many powerful friends from powerful adventurers to royals from different nations) and she hires Anita as a guide.
Anita and Manami are good friends, they were in the same party in the 1st game to save Drakenia Kingdom (the nation from most protagonists of this game) from an evil dragon and they work togeteher in other games and off screen too since Manami is a powerful mage (isekai cheat basically) while Anita is a powerful adventurer (she is a high ranked adventurer which is the 2nd rank, the highest rank is super adventurer and Anita is not far from them in combat prowess, she just fails many missions due to her being unlucky, guillible and having horrible sense of direction).

No wonder the game ended there then, the only thing left for Leaf in that island is to just go around fucking everyone instead of traps and tentacles on the dungeons. Even if I consider this there still was plenty of stuff that could be done there, why not make a futa scene between leaf and the narrators that have been pestering and fooling her since the beginning of the game? like I said it really felt like the game was cut short right when it was about to get good, the characters were nice though

Tsukinomizu side games all end like that. Their protagonists are side characters from other games so their story is just a bonus add-on to see them getting raped in other scenarios.
Leaf is from Lily Knight Saga and she was liked enough by the devs to make her the star of the side game they were making before Nightmare Girls (part of the main games).
I said side game, but it's still a proper game because they also make even shorter game (mostly free or a bonus content) like Job Change Freya (important side character from Naedoko Dungeon Chronicles) or Paula Extra Plus (blacksmith side character from Lady Knight Saga).
In Lily Knight Saga, Leaf is the protagonist's slavewife so you can play that game, but she only has like 3 or 4 scenes and only because she is part of the harem. That game has like 35 girls so she is lucky to get more than 1 scene and even luckier to have an entire game for her.

Talking about Tsukinomizu.
Dorothy is kinda Est's main wife, she was also her classmate and now they are coworkers. Since Dorothy is a Guardian Knight she is some sort of idol for Drakenia citieznes.
Dorothy is going to be the protagonist of the next Knight Saga so she will be raped silly by monsters, other girls, machines, shotas, tentacles, animals, futa fairies, her superiors, her underlings, party members and some ningen.
Because rape is common in that world and Est is into netorase, this is not going to be a problem anyways.

It did feel like there were a bunch of random characters showing up throughout the story even though they had no H scenes whatsoever, I think the vision here is interesting its just not really to my taste since I prefer the standard type of corruption even if monsters are involved, more scenes like the goblin one for example would have made me find it more interesting, if I find out about another game this dev makes that's more within my strike range I'll try it out

All the random characters that appeared there are characters from other games. Only 2 girls starred in that game, the Harmia and Wanda, the latter being a playable character in the next main game Kinght Saga game, Eclipse Knight Saga.
All the other girls, including the ones that appears in photos are characters from other games.
Side games have a lot of cameo.
Main games have a lot of new girls.
Tsukinomizu is like Hakika, they like to reuse previous characters and slowly expand their worldbuilding.
