Also to add onto what the other anon said about her being more proper/ sane, I think its fine if her face shows more lucidity, but her outfit being so clean and proper does look like it was made explicitly for her by a tailor or something, like she just got it out of her summer wardrobe. I do not know her exact situation according to your personal notes, but it is a common trope/ totally fine for a lucid or "higher intelligence" specimen to cobble together an outfit of scavenged clothing to make themselves look more proper. Mutant alphas in CDDA do something similar with lab coats and whatnot, so I think you could still communicate the ideas you want with the approach. Regardless, being a cyborg monster roaming through a dilapidated facility with a lack of access to a tailor or cleaning supplies would make anyone's clothing filthy no matter how sane or proper they were. You could even argue a tattered outfit would be just as indicative of her sanity, because she is trying to maintain an image despite her desperate and worsening predicament.
