Not that I know of. If you just need a means to find mobileshit, you could use a third party site like minireview.io That one lets you filter by monetization type.

Download Aurora Store, it allows you to filter for games that are free, have no ads, have x stars and above

I use adguard which blocks off ads from most applications automatically, including games, though it does also block the "watch an ad for a reward" functionality too

can't filter exclusively on an app type, you need to search something like 'games' and then it will work. seems like the site from above minireview works better, has a lot more filters. problem being if they haven't reviewed it, it wont be in the list I imagine

a decade ago those vpn adblockers were hit or miss, I guess these days you also need to shell out money for it not to work.
I remember someone recommending 'rethink' which seems to work from my 5 minutes of testing and it's free

Actually not every game they add to the list gets a review, you can sort by newly reviewed and newly added, and you'll get different results. There are also user submitted collections in another tab, with some games that otherwise aren't listed on the site at all. There's also a section for upcoming games and a damn huge dead game graveyard. It's a big resource.
