I used to use pRNG method breeding back in Platinum back when that was the latest game of the series, bred myself a few dozen shinys that ended up getting left on my copy of Black because I misplaced it for a few years around the time of 6th gen, so they kinda just got left there forever. Currently hunting a Shiny Ralts on PLA. Already perfected its pokedex page so I guess it's just a matter of repeating Jubilife > Mirelands > Shrouded Ruins until I hit the jackpot.

Can someone explain me the Outbreak Method please?
Apparently if you save in Jubilife, go to the outbreak and clear the first wave of 4 there's a chance of a shiny appearing or is every wave after that also set in stone?

What you're asking about is permutation hunting and is usually only done with massive mass outbreaks that have a guaranteed second wave
You can do it with regular outbreaks buts not anywhere near as effective
Either way, the following is a good tool to track permutations and also tells you what to do for each step pf the outbreak.

Bred a Shiny Aerodactyl in Ultra Sun surprisingly quickly. I wasn't keeping track of the numbers, but it was less than a box.

I'm almost fucking convinced using ACE to respawn it has somehow shiny locked it, but I respawned Articuno and managed to hunt it successfully.
