In the Pokemon community you’re encouraged to cheat because they platform official cheaters. Calling out the cheating in the community gets you targeted for hate.

If cheating is banned in competitive play then accountability and consequences should happen. Give flak where it's due instead of giving shit like that a pass because you'd be toxic or bad vibes otherwise.

>Isn't it piss-easy nowadays to get what you want in-game?
Easy? Yes. But it's still unnecessarily time consuming.
At least, it was. Champions fixes this problem entirely by just turning everything into a spreadsheet, something my adult brain can comprehend easily.

He doesn't go to regionals because cheaters are not being punished and removed from the competition.
Would you bother with a sport where steroid usage is formally prohibited but practically allowed? What if you don't want to roid?

Pokemon is one of the rare games where cheating is fuck whatever.
Like, it's not like wallhack in CS:GO or something.
If you gen yourself every single comp mon available in say; Champions right now, you're still not gonna beat Wolfe Glick or Cybertron lol

>If you gen yourself every single comp mon available in say; Champions right now, you're still not gonna beat Wolfe Glick or Cybertron lol
because they are also cheating
see the problem?
cheating becomes the barrier to entry where it shouldn't exist at all

I've been playing Champions 100% F2P and I am Master Ball right now. I have enough VP to make multiple teams if I want, and I can adjust moves/EVs etc on the fly.
With Champions cheating is especially a non issue since IVs are out too.

Can you stop with this weird third person shit? We all know it's you. The only other person who would be this defensive and have such intimate knowledge about how Verlisify thinks and acts would be his girlfriend, but I'm almost certain dogs can't type.

I don’t hate him even if I think furries are cringe. Is the hate he gets because other poke tubers openly cheat and he calls it out? Has he even done anything that warrants hate besides being a cry baby?

If I were an employer and knew the interviewee played pokemon I'd ask if he gens them. If he says yes he's hired because it means he values time and efficiency rather than trying to appear morally superior to other people.

>Non cheaters have to catch, breed and raise their teams.
alright grandpa back to the nursing home, champions solved this issue a long while back
unless you have the gall to say that shiny sandswept mega tyranitar is cheated in too

I was too retarded for homebrew and did all of my pokemon legit for most of my playtime. Give me 1-2 hours and I can get virtually any mon I want ready just with the ingame breeding mechanics. There's no skill or effort to it, only biking back and forth until you get the right IVs and shoving some vitamins down their gullet. With champions you don't even need to spend that time anymore, it's only the near zero effort of grabbing it and maybe killing some wild pokemon to evolve it. PKHexing the things in actually removes a potential barrier for certain event mons and legendaries which would otherwise be out of reach to the average person and give an advantage to loyal paypigs who dump money on every single game and dlc.
So long as version or game exclusive content exists, cheating is based.

I watched a video from Dogfucker before.
He sperged about an opponent having an "obviously hacked shiny"
It was an Arcanine, and the "Dead giveaway" was the Master Ball it was in apparently.
But after team inspection it showed the Arcanine having old ass ribbons, not exactly a Ribbon Master, but it had a good couple of them. Including the Ribbon for beating the FRLG E4(Which is the same as RSE btw)
It's funny he immediately schreeches CHEATING when he sees a shiny.
Meanwhile, that Arcanine told me it was probably someone who ran into a shiny Growlithe and panic chucked a Master Ball at it?
I mean it could be someone who used Action Replay or whatever as a kid on his playtrough, but fucking hell. Even if that were true, imagine sperging out over a 15 year old action replay Arcanine lmao

now the funny thing is, a lot of top players don't make their own pokémon and have some friend or bootlicker who provides them, they always know someone who knows how to gen undetectable mons.
The ones who get caught are actually noobs without any cheating device, that get their mons from discord/twitch bots and the like. Or from HOME GTS. The actual expert "cheaters" are never caught.
In the end, even if unintentionally, that retarded witch hunt against genning actually ended up filtering out the inexperienced in favor of the savvy.
I remember a literal little Timmy was disqualified from a tournament because his raging bolt from HOME -a hard paywalled mon that forces you not only to buy a DLC, but also a specific game from the pair- had some obscure wrong values. And you have to explain this kid he has to leave the tournament because a group of grass averse subhuman spergs think he's a """cheater"""
At least champions is going to put an end to this bullshit. But the other funny thing is, despite obtaining this small win, the dogfucker is still seething, because he's a resentful bastard who will never have inner peace.
