We're on the lookout, but visually (and erotically) Tangrowth is unmatched.

Tentacruel faces the challenge of being aquatic, and its shape doesn't leave a lot of room to be creative.

Machamp has some but generally too bara.

Ambipom almost works but its design is shit for that sort of thing.

Pyukumuku is interesting, but not popular, and I've never seen one.

On that note I haven't seen any Mr. Mime either. You're going to have to ask someone Japanese why not.

There's so many things stacked against Tangrowth getting an evolution. Its stats are already so high that it'll either feel unprecedented or it'll be a Scizor-esque evolution. The problem with it getting a mega is that it's also competing with all the grass-type starters for that slot.
