The PS4 got a collection of VO games, but it was annoying because it was Japan and PS4 exclusive. Would have been great to get a release on more platforms so it's easy access for online games.
I know you can play VOOT on Fightcade at least.

It is an accurate port of the arcade game. I prefer the original as my main, the two prototype copies of the mythical Fei-Yen, is strongest before the mass production models in the sequels.
