The guy who uploaded this is one of those failure "game devs" that claims to be an expert in AI and have a decade of dev experience, but no actual work to show. This level of autistic try hard will *never* be persuaded to remove the watermark, I'd write his version off as a dead lead.

If I had to guess, probably Quakecon they'll announce it. If they already have Quake 4 assets, then something tells me that they're working on it. Makes sense to do the next mainline singleplayer Quake rather than the multiplayer only title.
