>>12617179 All the RTS games I've played are like that. Maybe Warcraft II the least, because it's skirmish-style base-building combat for most of the levels. On average, I'd expect that grand strategy and 4X games have more emphasis on actual strategy. Otherwise, you have to do multiplayer.
