Literally love bloodmoon for this since it's made for high-level characters to show off their stuff and still have a little challenge.

Probably the only good thing about Bloodmoon. It would have been for Tribunal as well, but the dark brotherhood spawns get kind of annoying if you put them off too much. That mod that makes the terrain more interesting goes a long way at least.
