They say games nowadays suck because of fast travel.
>morrowind has fast travel, you just do it via npc dialogue instead of a dedicated menu
They say the world is more immersive.
>NPCs don't even go to sleep at night
They say RPGs nowadays simplify the combat, where as Morrowind is more complex.
>You literally just press spam attack with some RNG in the background
They say the game is for real gaymurs and not casual like modern RPGs.
>every time they play the game they cheese it with one of the 9001 glitches and oversights, becoming completley unstoppable and 1 shotting everyting by level 7
They say it looks great.
>color palette is a range between green and black with most of the game being an ugly shade of brown
Is the morrowind fandom a case of mass hysteria?

Gothic came out 2 years prior.
It's far from flawless but I would say it's still much better in every regard.
