You should use this as an opportunity to reset and reduce your mod list to as short as possible. Less is more. I can almost guarantee that you couldn’t tell me 75% of your list or why it’s important.
You can also take this opportunity to start tinkering in the construction set and see how the game works under the hood. Make a few simple mods for minor tweaks you want but can’t find exactly what you’re looking for.

Porting between versions is not straight forward, either way, I'd drop LE entirely. SE/AE have so many options available at this point. If I were you, I'd just get AE, install wabbajack and install a new curated modlist. AURORA is good if you just want graphics and bugfixing pic related is my old modlist that used it as base.

I've also personally been using Lorerim recently, since I deleted my own modlist due to how unstable it got and I'm thoroughly enjoying it.
