Get a bigger screen or scale the UI.

OP is a fag, zoomer and liberal.
CRPGs were designed for large displays. 15" or larger.
Even old school blobbers like Anvil of Dawn or Stonekeep would play poorly on a 4" screen.
GOOD LUCK WITH THE PIXEL HUNTING, RETARD!

When I'm living in the forestlands, yeah

Otherwise I play them on CPU

If I havw to use a bigger screen then I'm just going to use a normal pc, retard. Mouse and keyboard are easier and more comfortable for scrolling through long dialogue.

Fallout doesn't have that much text, only a bunch of dialogs where you need to actually scroll down the text box.
It's the density of information at the screen and the inevitable pixel hunting that makes it idiotic to play on a 4 inch screen.

if you don't have a good cozy PC setup and are using a laptop CRPgs are not that comfortable to play on pc. you can play on the couch with a handheld.
