Britain is the easiest of the Allies to play since you get to mobilize the earliest and are the least gated by World Tension.
You can basically speedrun the game by intervening in France when the war starts but it's really boring cheesing the game that way.
Otherwise:
>rush fighter 3 (you get focuses to make it easier to rush)
>mass-produce fighter 3s using whatever meta template you can find online. You own all the world's rubber, air supremacy is free
>build up a tonne of cheap line-holding inf and send them to Egypt, Gibraltar, Cyprus, Malta and Malaysa
>this means that, secondary to planes, you need to make lots of infantry equipment and support equipment
>for navy you just need to make a proper sub-hunting destroyer for convoy escort and keep a production line on convoys
>finally, start working on some extremely expensive, extremely strong Marine divs (just follow a meta template online if needed) to D-Day with later
>be sure to build up airfields and logistics in Africa so you can actually fit all of your planes
>line up on the Ethiopian border and max out planning before Italy joins the war, then knock out italian Ethiopia immediately
>then work your way through North Africa
>once the continent is clear and you have naval supremacy in the med you can recall 90% of the troops back to England and prep D-Day
>D-Day whenever you feel ready and just let CAS do all the killing for you
The only tricky thing about playing the UK is that you need to import a billion fuel to feed your air force and navy so just make sure you have enough convoys/escorts for it.

The Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation lasted around a thousand years. A lot longer than any democracy.

Against the AI? On historical? As a democracy? Just make create a bunch of divisions with 8 inf battalions and 1 heavy tank battalion and naval invade Germany the moment it invades Benelux (you would only need maybe 48 at most). Have logistics for all divisions set to max motorized, have air supremacy (which is practically guaranteed as long as France lives and you produce the basic planes) and march through Germany and defeat them (instantly granting you victory). Then just invade the Soviets soon after with at least 120 divisions of the above and aggressively attack with general battle plans and win (just make sure to stop attacking on the front if you have a supply issue that can’t be solved without a hub and build one before resuming the assault).
