It was certainly the most obvious take on her actions. But the cognitive dissonance kicked in the second it had to be weighed against intentions. That had to be resolved before condemnation.
The true outrage, objectively, would be her selling fake reps to people who needed them. Absolutely disgusting behavior from someone who could make the money elsewhere.
So which was more likely? Decent Lumi mindset plus hoop jumping actions against obvious actions and evil Lumi. For me at least, as hard as the technical fuckery would be to explain. Accusing her of intentionally sabotaging so many people for cash easily earned elsewhere? A crime in itself.
I admit it would be harder now to address things in such abstract terms but I do not know how else we could go about assessing a situation comensurate with the amount of rage that it could trigger.

Evidence against:

I don't imagine Lumi choosing Expert difficulty for a game she knows nothing about without being coaxed into it.
Some shader compilation would have carried over and likely caused problems through onedrive, but the local NVIDIA specific drivers would have had to have been compiled. And that possibly can't have happened in under 3min, and she managed to get the game running in under 40seconds. Disregarding anything else about onedrive nonsense this is the strongest piece of evidence against that to my knowledge hasn't been addressed.

The explanation sounds really bad, but if you examine it closely it's about the only explanation that can address everything that happened. But the behavior around the vod and off the cuff handling of the situation suggests poor planning and poor management.
The game was set to Expert, but the music volume hadn't been touched, this is anecdotal but I have never in my life met anyone that was a gamer that did not turn down music volume to 40-60% at least. Or even touched Master Volume, every audio option available was untouched. Even Lumi the most nongamer of nongamers does some version of this every time she starts a new game. This at the very least makes it likely that she had started and ran the game once to make sure it worked.
Discord by default logs you in automatically and autostarts when you start the PC, I believe Lumi has it on this setting (it's a pain to turn off). The reason I believe it is so is because during Valentine's I noted her being online and did the napkin math to verify if she could in fact read the book she said she read in her stated timeline, yes she could.
Contested:

This is the only point left, because Oblivion has a Quick-save(F5) and Quick-load(F9) feature, it works by storing a single Quick-save file in the documents folder same as all the others (not in appdata separated by steam accounts and some would suggest). She had started a new game and gone through several areas, autosaving at least once. Now you would think Quick-load would load you in the most recent save file but it does not, it loads in the most recent Quick-save and it is character agnostic. Simply put, if the Quick-save file is there, Quick-load is going to load it regardless if she made a manual save right before or not.
There is a single frame here in the edited vod (pic rel), now unless she was a 5head mega genius and mega retard at the same time there would be other auto saves and manual save games here. Because on opening the Load Save menu you would also see the Quicksave, so if you were covering your tracks and deleting all your local save files that would certainly be one of them. There is however a unique circumstance where this becomes the case. And that is if it's syncing in more save files during gameplay, because the game without exiting to main menu would hold all save files in a cached list, adding and removing them as the player chooses. If Save Files were to be inserted from external sources, these save files would be present but not show up. That's why she exits out while saying "hold on, one second" and notices a bunch of save files that do not belong while in the MAIN MENU. This is why this last point is both the strongest evidence for and against at the same time.

It's not a Steam cloud thing, obviously on the same MS-account Onedrive would sync to the same user regardless of PC or local-PC user otherwise Onedrive would be pretty useless. And the game did not separate by Steam users back then at least, it had Steam Cloud sync enabled on the Steamworks side of things but the developers forgot where it actually saved its files so Steam Cloud just didn't work at all. You could transfer save files from one PC to another and run into no issues even if it wasn't played on your Steam account.
