If she dumps the entirety of her donation history and etc. and expects them to make heads or tails of it outside without an Excel balance, I can see why they would do that. I had to go back and forth with my tax person multiple times this year on something I had which no longer gave me a 1099 before I just bit the bullet and did the work with AI of tabulating it into a spreadsheet and double checking it before handing it off to the person which shut her up.
