Fuwamoco's is a bit of a messy lora, it really wants you to tag a lot to make sure things are accurate, to the point that if you can be fucked with it and you really want things to look accurate I would suggest even tagging dumb shit like drawstring. Luckily Anima doesn't seem to be picky about tags and you can just prompt what you see without needing to cross-reference the tags. But I never made a lora for 2 characters at once so I'm pretty happy that I managed to get it working with them sharing so many traits.

Also as I realized that cleaning up the redundant autotagger tags was kinda detrimental I wanted to see what would happen if I just let it rip and just cleaned up basing things like eyes/hair color. Well it kinda worked fine actually.
So that's how the Irys' lora came to be.
Now the lora needs some work, without manual tagging I couldn't get the "glowing" variant of the outfit to really work, and the dataset was really rushed and sloppy so some details could be better, but imo is good enough to post, I'll have to update it soon regardless so I'll get it cleaned up then.

I think that in the future it will be super easy to get an Anima lora of a new outfit (probably not a whole new chuuba) going in just 2-3 hours, pretty sweet.

You don't have to, but in my experience pruning things too much caused me to run into issues, but if I keep the tags in at worst I just have to prompt a bunch more shit. The general concept is still the same, prune what should be the "default" and tag what you want to trigger deliberately, but some loras had problems actually picking up details after I deleted the extra tags. So now I'm thinking of pruning stuff like the hair/eye tags and other fundamental features but leave in all the dumb shit the autotagger picks up even if it's redundant.
Also keep in mind this is only my experience, baking loras takes too long for me to get some serious testing going, these are more like impressions than conclusions.

NTA, seems too low, Anima needs fairly high cfg 5-6 for consistency (also play with shift, I find they change things a lot. I use 4.5). CFG 1 turns off negative prompt which gives you the speed boost anything above 1 (even 1.1) turns on negative again so the speed hit will be the same regardless of cfg.

For speed would be best to use something like this and lower the cfg to 1 and lower the steps between 8-12.

I'll take a look at that speed LoRA, I had used another one earlier and it killed comp variety.
Right now I somehow ended up revisiting text AI after about a year and a half and wow shit has improved on local a lot. ChatGPT and Grok really hitting me with the limited free use I thought I'd check out local again, this uncensored model really interesting to poke around in, gonna tie me up for tonight that is for sure..

This is how I do my roulette, I kinda just try and test a bit of everything in one comp while i cycle through my artist wildcards. Linework is all still jagged and overall very bright on most of my artist bashes. Might just be my steps, cfg, sampler from the get go, don't know.
