I'd been seeing people post about the cookie thing for a long time but I never watched her so I hadn't heard her say it (you have to understand I'm American so when I saw people write "cookie" I was envisioning a different pronunciation). But I just opened up a stream and when I heard how she pronounces it I instantly understood. It's because she's a crab vtuber and she's imitating the sound Krabby from Pokemon makes.
