Ares, from the webcomic "Hello From Halo Head" has bangs that cover one of her eyes. She's the tall purple haired cat in this picture.

There's a sort of symbolism about eyes being closed or covered in the comic. There is a different character with hair covering both eyes, but it's a guy. There are two human(?) character both have an eye shut most of the time.

Not posting an actual panel with Ares because she might be kinda spoilerish. This is just art from the author.

you might have found the best example for it, It kinda looks funky otherwise 9in my opinion). But wolfcut + blinding bangs is a dangerous combo
