So I was driving up over the hill and passed a farm with a name that made me think "both fell down", and suddenly I thought of Jack and Jill. Which made me think of J&J (J is the 10th letter, 10 fingers per person, so 10&10) and injections. Then I thought of Bioshock.
Jack and Jill went up the hill
Jack and Elizabeth in the plane.
To fetch a pail of water
Various interpretations, depending on "Fetch" and what "Water" is.
Jack fell down
Jack bringing down the plane.
And broke his crown
Ryan means "little king". He puts the golf club through his father's crown. This plays into the father and son, the sender and the sent, and receiving the "keys to the kingdom".
And Jill came tumbling after
Makes me think of The End of Evangelion. "It all returns to nothing. It all comes tumbling down, tumbling down, tumbling down."
I already identified The Wizard of Oz stuff, but this one was a real "of course". Initially I couldn't even remember the lines. "Jack and Jill went up the hill, to...." I suppose Booker with the lighthouse is the same. He goes up the hill to fetch Elizabeth.

yes I played through bioshock 1 for the first time recently, I liked infinite a lot despite the flak it got and cut content.
it's cool you see that ken levine made a bigger pitch than most realize. he was dropping mega conspiracies decades before they bled into reality. also the art is gorgeous.
what I'd like to add is no one notices elizabeth is jewish
