I made my hands stick to the table because I wanted to see what it was about. It technically works but I didn't find it to be that strong of an ability.
It's really only for people with a mind control fetish.

Just a hand clasp and a levitating arm, no hallucinations or even hand sticks. I'm sure there's better techniques I could be using but I don't think they're available to the public.
