Yesterday when I was scrubbing blood of off my clothes (I have a cold) I heard something strange in the bathroom, it sounded like a stream of water. I crept in and saw that the sink was running. Yet I didn't remember leaving it on. Confused and angry (especially since I had been drinking a bit earlier because I had awoken to a nightmare about the man who I sold the car to), I yelled "SHOW YOURSELF". I heard nothing. I looked in every room, and I swear I heard something. I knew that I wasn't alone in my house. But there was nothing I could do so I kept my shotgun with me just in case, and started watching TV, occasionally yelling gibberish to scare whatever was haunting me. After sitting there, watching TV for 8 hours straight, I got up and started walking around my mansion (humblebrag), as I had only lived there for a couple of years so I hadn't seen all of the rooms yet, and then I heard a knock at the door. I cocked my shotgun and ran to the window which was across the house. When I got there, I saw no one at the door. I was in my underwear but I opened the door, looking in all directions, screaming swear words. I saw nothing. I ran all around the lawn for about 10 minutes until some neighbors got mad at me so I stopped. I was so frustrated, it felt like I was being cucked. I knew that nothing human could outsmart and outrun me like this, and it all clicked as I was standing in my lawn at 8 in the morning. This was perhaps the spirit of the man who I had wronged. I sobbed and begged for forgiveness. But I just know that he hasn't left me alone.

What do I do /x/? It has gotten to the point where as of the past few hours I have begun to lose my sanity.

Ask an Orthodox Christian priest to perform an exorcism on it

What part of my story seems fake to you? I have done my utmost in documenting everything relevant in great detail so that people more knowledgeable on this subject can assist me. This has overall been unhelpful.

Also the one helpful answer turned out to not be helpful, as due to several reasons which I cannot get into this house can't be sold.
I think I'm going to start applying the lighter fluid. And hey I could make a decent amount of insurance money. Or go to prison for insurance fraud. Either way I'll be housed at other people's expense.
