What are some urban legends from your end of the woods, /x/?
For the longest time there was talk that a cannibal lived in the outskirts of Stara Zagora, Bulgaria, in the Zora suburb.
It didn't help that the place was left unfinished for a long time, was completely detached from the rest of the city and had a predominantly impoverished population.
