Finally got to do some calisthenics today and went for a long evening walk. Been resting due to, what I suspect is, the beginning of a rotator cuff injury possibly due to overtraining and having sparred against two kouhais. Also had a bad landing when I was thrown using an ippon seio nage last week in the dojo which made the pain my shoulder worse. Thankfully my shoulders are starting to feel better. Will be doing home training of Shotokan Karate tomorrow, but lower intensity. No hojo undo until the 1st week of March. No makiwara hitting for 3 weeks, will only do bagwork for now.
