where? i only see 14 capters on mangadex and the most recent one was uploaded 11 months ago
>>
>>286450219
also that begs the question why arent people talking about it
>>
>>286450162
Because he failed to deliver with Beelzebub, turning it into meh-tier battler shounen.
Then he failed to cash in on the most beloved character (Furuichi) with the side story, instead turning it into literal nothing burger randomness.
Then he made meh-tier stories after stories.
His stories are barely enough to stay afloat.

>>286450321
damn ok i was just happy he's making something new.

Sukeban status?
>>
>>286450351
fuck off Hilda wa superior
>>
>>286450162
Which is funny because its the biggest hit of his career.
>>
>>286450389
even bigger than beelzebub?
will it get an anime you think?
>>
>>286450403
Way bigger. Beelzebub was a modest hit at best by 00s era Jump standards and the anime flopped hard. Cosmos is getting great sales and critical acclaim.
>>
>>286450162
>Beelzebub
My coworker told me to read this, is it slop?
>>
>>286450561
Its a ok comedy that turns into a mediocre battle shounen
>>
>>286450555
damn nice. Beelzebub's manga never even got an official English release if i recall correctly and i dont think the anime has an eng dub so COSMOS being officially translated is big news
>>
if i had a 4chan pass id dump it
>>
>>286450384
Not that anon but fuck you. Aoi a cute.

I'm still pissed about the wasted potential of everything after the volleyball match even if there were some good scenes it was ultimately meh.

Hilda better sorry

I liked it quite a lot but that could just be nostalgia/ having no taste at the time. I think it was the first manga I was reading weekly that wasnt one of the big 3. It did definitely drop off after like 100 chapters or so though

gee OP, it is truly a mystery

does time erase admiration/affinity for a series?

What are you talking about? What 'standards' are you on? Beelzebub was a 100k+ seller from the beginning which it maintained till the end. Sold 1.1 million copies in 2010, sold 2.6 million in 2011, sold 1.7 million in 2012, sold 1.4 million in 2013. So at least 6.7 million copies for a 6 years serialization.

How is Cosmos even remotely close to this?
>>
Cosmos gives me Soul Eater vibes, in a good way
>>
>>286451163
time erases all things

how many baby penises are on display in it

Read the post you fucking retard

>Beelzebub was a modest hit at best by 00s era Jump standards

>Beelzebub was a 100k+ seller from the beginning which it maintained till the end.

Jump has canceled manga that sold that much during that period. Those sales are not impressive and no it did not maintain it.
>>
>>286450162
>no one is talking about it
It's not bad per se but gets boring quick, feels like not much happens in each individual chapter, there's nothing much in terms of an overarching plot, very repetitive
>alien does insurance claim
>"hmmm there's something fishy"
>it's either a scam and/or there's some deeper sad circumstances
>loli kicks someone's ass if needed
>repeat

>where? i only see 14 capters on mangadex
who even uses mangadex in 2026 for fuck's sake? mangafire has english up to chapter 33
>>
>>286452329
Yes, it did. I looked up the Oricon database and every single volume reached at least 100k in few weeks. So this aside, how is Cosmos a success again in nowadays standards?
>>
Damn
>>
i will always be grateful to jump victory stars vs for being one of the only games to my knowledge to include based Oga

what's wrong with mangadex
>>
>>286454315
Shit's fucked and getting more fucked, they're pulling a jacob or crunchroll
>>
>>286454315
You haven't heard? They purged most of their library and have generally been ultra retarded these past few months
>>
>>286454315
You get annoying things on the newsfeed like "Admin threw a pie to the face! Check out." and you can't unsubscribe.
>>
>>286454842
do you just not have an adblocker
>>
>>286450162
Fujo trash with no quality outside of fujobait.
>>
>>286454944
It wasn't an ad you retard.
>>
When you browse 4chan you get news like "Janitor applications open." That isn't an ad. There was once a news like that. Now shills are trying to pretend this didn't happen. lmao.
>>
>>286454646
I haven't seen anything other than them kowtowing to Korean publishers (yes, stupid of them to let korean and chink stuff in) and banning groups that broke longstanding rules. There's some removal of loli stuff but only if it was reported. Some are still up. I'm beginning to suspect the anti-dex posters here are members of the banned groups.
>>
>>286455082
ok
>>
>>286455260
anon they have a subscription option.
it's literally a company now called namicomi search desuarchive.org for previous threads about this
>>
>>286455260
Oh no! He is retarded.
Watch as OP want to talk about a shitty manga but instead is going to waste the entire thread defending mangadex
>>
>>286455505
im not op
>>
>>286455260
It's bizarre to have this much brand loyalty to a manga site to make all these questions. If Yahoo! Search doesn't work you'd use the next thing. No way this is an actual human and not a concern shill.
>>
where exactly did Beelzebub go wrong? When they went back to the original school and it became more battle shounen like?
>>
>>286455894
>literal america arc
what a weird thing to type lol
>>
I just want the Furuichi tissues arc to get animated
>>
>>286450162
I mean he shit the bed pretty hard with Beelzebub. Had a lot of potential too.
>>
>>286452482
>. I looked up the Oricon database and every single volume reached at least 100k in few weeks
That's a literal lie and also not dismissing the point that Beelzebub had modest sales by 00s Jump standards which had more than half the magazine selling well above 300k. Also the fact that Beelzebub was a middle to bottom ranker in the TOC at the time.
>>
Looks like a CSM rip off that'll end in 20 chapters like all his other manga
>>
>>286450162
Hello OP. I am glad I am not the only one who is following this series. I am sad no one cares about good manga anymore
>>
>>286450162
BB finish sucked, don't care
Axed for a reason
>>
dolphin bros...
>>
Kek this series is way different from his previous work. I'm surprised he isn't collabing with a writer
>>
>>286451997
thats a big comparison
>>
>>286458132
dayum thats cruel
>>
>>286456692
can we really call it axed
>>
>>286451549
As of February of this year Cosmos hasn't even hit 1 mill in circulation, let alone sales, this includes digital btw
>>
>>286458132
>>286459764
Is what happens when getting axed from Jump does to a mother fucker.
