Ask Conan and Shukichi, they figured out where the container is after hearing about reflections making something invisible. Liquid soap is not known for being reflective, toilet paper even less.

It's Yumi-tan in the original, which I found is an affectionate, hyper-cute, or baby-talk variant of -chan. It simulates a young child’s mispronunciation of chan, signifying extreme closeness, endearment, or a "widdle" (little) effect.
They probably didn't know how else to localize it, it can be added to names to form a playful diminutive, but I don't recall anyone ever using it on adult humans, just dogs.
