I'd argue that your take on the most possible scenario is quite a bit of a stretch when we're using Nacnac's pics as a reference - after all, there's no bimbomaxxing oneself into having a foot-plus long dick. As I've said previously, the less plausible but the more consistent take is that they come off the shelf that way, i.e. they're born as futas.
